About Me.
​Pastor Rachel Collins surrendered her life to Christ in 1982 at Prayer Tower Fellowship in Gary, IN under the pastorate of the (late) Pastor Kenneth Collins where she served in many facets in the ministry Pastor Conductor, Nurse, Prayer Leader, Usher, founded an Outreach Ministry, and served on the Board of Directors. As she continued her walk in the Lord, Pastor Rachel Collins answered the call to become a Daughter of Zion under the tutelage of the (Late) Dr. Estella Boyd. In 1990 under the auspice of the Holy Ghost, she was united in holy matrimony with the (Late) Elder Kenneth Collins. Together they endeavored to make the Gospel of Christ known of all men through worldwide evangelism house-to-house prayer service.
In 2003, God sealed her call to become Pastor of Prayer Tower Fellowship church. In 2004, with the vision of the (late) Pastor Kenneth Collins in her heart and with great tenacity, she superintended the building of Prayer Tower Fellowship Church’s new edifice and has plans to build Transitional homes for victims of domestic violence. In 2014-2015, Pastor Collins served as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) trained volunteer appointed as judicial officer that advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the juvenile court system. In 2019, She earned her bachelor’s degree in biblical counseling.

Pastor Rachel Collins has a passion and have supported local firefighters’ stations with food during the recent pandemic. Along with the ministry, Pastor Collins reaches out to single mothers, and young men that need support and guidance to become self-sufficiency. She is a published author, an international minister through worldwide radio ministry for over 450 countries as well as an overseer for other leaders in the body of Christ.
It is through her striving to teach the Word of God to empower, equip the people of God and reach souls for the Kingdom of God. God has given Pastor R. Collins a passion to worship and lead the people of God into His presence with rejoicing and praise.
